Terms of Service

1. Who we are. This website is operated by CEA COSER SL (trading as Der Saint), NIF B19745157, registered office Av. Diagonal, 472-476, 3rd Floor, 08006 Barcelona, Spain, registered in the Commercial Registry of Barcelona. Contact: contact@der-saint.com.

2. Scope. These terms apply to purchases made through der-saint.com by consumers. By placing an order you accept these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

3. Products. We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Small variations in colour may occur due to screen settings. Products are subject to availability.

4. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. Payment is taken when you place your order using the methods available at checkout.

5. Orders. You will receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is formed when we confirm your order. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will inform you and refund any amount paid.

6. Shipping and delivery. We ship to the destinations listed in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery dates are indicative. Risk of loss passes to you when you, or a person you designate, take physical possession of the goods.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns. You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt. Return shipping costs for withdrawals are your responsibility, as set out in our Return and refund policy.

8. Legal guarantee. Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under applicable consumer law. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will resolve it at no cost to you.

9. Intellectual property. All content on this website is owned by CEA COSER SL or used under licence and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Personal data. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes. We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.

13. Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring claims before the courts of your place of residence. We are not currently adhered to any alternative dispute resolution scheme.
