We currently ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, mainland Portugal and selected European countries.

These include Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Sweden.

We hope to reach more places soon.

When tracking is available for your shipment, we will share it by email once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received tracking details or need an update, contact us with your order number.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our best to make changes or cancel before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once preparation has started. This does not affect your statutory right to withdraw after delivery or your rights if an item is faulty or incorrect.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at contact@der-saint.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will send you the return instructions. You can then arrange the return shipment with a carrier of your choice.

For returns made under your right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are your responsibility. If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.

Please contact us with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the issue. We will help resolve the problem and cover the relevant costs, including return shipping where needed. You will not be charged return costs for a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Return and refund policy. Please refer to the full policy for the applicable timeframes and conditions.
