Returns and refunds

Your right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from the day you, or a person you designate, receive your order to tell us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason. If your order arrives in several deliveries, the period starts when you receive the last item.

How to return an item
To request a return, email us at contact@der-saint.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. You can also use the model withdrawal form below or any other clear statement. We will reply with the return instructions and the confirmed return address.

Once you have told us, you have a further 14 calendar days to send the items back. You arrange the return shipment with the carrier of your choice. We recommend a tracked service and keeping proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

Return shipping costs
For returns under your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the items. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, these costs are ours (see below).

Condition of returned items
You may inspect and try on items as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds
We refund you within 14 calendar days of the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items back or you have provided proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and you will not be charged any fee for the refund.

If you withdraw from your entire order, we also refund the original standard delivery charge. We do not refund any additional cost if you chose a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery. If you return only part of an order, the delivery charge is not refunded.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us at contact@der-saint.com with your order number and, if possible, a photo. We will arrange an appropriate solution (repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, as applicable) at no cost to you, including any return shipping. This is separate from your right of withdrawal: your products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, under which you may claim for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years of delivery.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return the item as described above and place a new order.
